We only ever buy 10 cases of the wines that you will find on our short list in order to constantly try new things rather than settle for a list of old favourites. Our Chef Director James Ramsden and Head Chef Hamish Price produce a frequently changing menu of Franco-European dishes focused around using the best ingredients the season has to offer.
